2. HOW CAN I ORDER ?

Please choose your product, select add to cart, then buy it, then put your billing information, name address, and phone number and proceed to purchase.

3. WHAT PAYMENT METHOD WE ACCEPT?

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Europe and Worldwide: Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days from the date orders are placed. Your order will arrive approximately 3 - 14 business days after it’s shipped.

5. MAY I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking number and tracking website.

6. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order numbers on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

7. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled. You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
