Return and Refund Policy

We operate on a 14-day return policy, meaning you have two weeks from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Additionally, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for customized products, such as personalized shirts (nameset), for instance, "SMITH - 10". However, non-customized products are eligible for refunds.

Products condition should be new in same packaging. 

There is no restocking fee .

To begin the return process, please reach out to us at Keep in mind that returns must be sent to the address provided in your order confirmation email. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions upon acceptance of your return request. Any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please be aware that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damages and Issues: Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item and place a new order separately. Once your return is processed and approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card company.
